Affirmations
Affirmations have been used by millions of people and they are proven tool which helps us re-educate our core belief systems in order to bring about positive changes in many aspects of our life. Affirmations have been in use for many years, especially in our modern times. One of the pioneers in using affirmations to heal her life and later on becoming a great author on many books on the subject is certainly Luisa Hay, although many other researchers had used affirmations before her. Some of them I will mention here for your information.
The real power of affirmations is not in the way they are written as nice and positive sentences, but in their frequency. I often advise people to listen to the words very carefully when saying the affirmations, and feel their vibration in every part of their body. When used in this way affirmations can have an amazing effect on our life. Because of affirmations energy and frequency, they have ability to change our operating frequencies and elevate us above and beyond some pertaining issues in order to reinforce our positive outlook. The stress around the issues can be cleared which then gives us the ability to attract the desired outcome. We can certainly enhance our life in many areas.
In my own personal example, I used affirmations often as a great tool for my personal growth and transformation. By nature, I am an introvert and energetically very sensitive person. This sensitivity was in fact my greatest gift which gave me some great ability to work as a healer, and also to endure and persevere through some great challenges that were laid on my life path. So, growing up like this was never easy for me, especially because I could not share my deepest things with anyone and being very intuitive, sensing and perceiving person. Often times people will confuse your sensitivity as your weakness. Sensitivity is in fact our strength because without that we cannot perceive the life. In my youth this was often the source of great frustrations and anger which I didn’t know how to direct and channel into something useful for myself and this world in the true sense. Then I came across this affirmation during one 3-in-1 kinesiology session many years ago which really changed my life. I will share it here with you so that you can too use it and see it for yourself how effective it is.
So, this affirmation helped me to realize that the accumulated anger was just an energy like any other and that it was up to me how to use it. After all, my anger was always coming out of Love for this Mankind. Energy being neutral in nature is waiting for our Intent to manifest something into reality. Anger, if used properly, can swiftly shift you from the undesired place or outcome “A” to the desired place or outcome “B”.
Affirmations can be seen as a healing modality in itself. They are:

safe,
relaxing,
easy to learn and apply in everyday living.

Because we live in times of great global crisis caused by Corona virus, it is most appropriate to maintain our health and keep the energy of our body in balance. Included here are affirmations which you can use on everyday basis and practice them in order to bring about health and wellbeing to yourself or other fellow human beings. Each affirmation is related to a specific meridian/organ in our body and if used regularly it will strengthen the energy and function of that meridian/organ. This way you will maintain the Triad of Health in harmony and that is physical, metaphysical and biochemical aspect of ourselves. The way to use these affirmations is to pick one from the list below by either choosing one from meridian/organ that you want to reinforce or by just reading the list and choosing the one which resonates with you the most. Affirmations are usually repeated 3x per day for one month, however this can be tailored as per your own feeling. Trust your intuition when it comes to affirmations.
